    We operate throughout the entire logistics chain. Beyond transport, we ensure distribution to your end customers, logistics platforms or points of sale, for a global and coherent solution.

    Do you offer packaging services?
    Yes, depending on the type of merchandise. We can recommend or organize suitable packaging solutions in order to secure transport and limit the risk of breakage or non-compliance.
    Can I ship regulated or dangerous goods?
    Yes, subject to eligibility and compliance. Support requires regulatory documentation and compliance with applicable standards (e.g. ADR / IATA / IMDG depending on the mode). Contact us to validate feasibility.
    Do you offer door-to-door delivery?
    Yes. We can organize door-to-door solutions in France and internationally to simplify your logistics, from collection to final delivery.
    Are there restrictions on certain items?
    Certain products are prohibited or subject to conditions (e.g. explosives, illegal goods, certain perishables, etc.). We clearly indicate the restrictions and prerequisites to you as soon as we study your request.

    Can I change the delivery address after booking?
    Yes, a change is possible as long as the shipment is not in transit. Once the goods have departed, this depends on the route and may result in additional charges.
    Can I be notified before delivery?
    Yes. Depending on the solution chosen, we can set up a notification or an estimated delivery window to facilitate receipt.
    What information is needed for monitoring?
    A shipping reference (file number, order or customer reference) is sufficient. We use it to communicate progress and useful information to you.
    What should I do if my merchandise is lost or damaged?
    In exceptional cases, we open an investigation immediately with the parties concerned. If insurance has been taken out, we will assist you with the declaration and compensation according to the coverage provided.
